Pineapple & Banana Smoothie

This fresh and healthy smoothie only takes 5 minutes to make and is absolutely delicious! Scroll down for the recipe and try it yourself.

Ingredients

Banana – 1 large

Pineapple – quarter of a large

Coconut milk – 2 cups

White granulated sugar – 1/4 cup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut one large banana and quarter of a large pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Add the banana pieces, pineapple pieces and two cups of coconut milk into a container and blend.
  3. Taste your pineapple to check if it is sweet, if not you can add quarter of a cup of sugar before blending.
  4. Once the mixture is smoothly blended, serve over ice and enjoy.
